We had a great stay at the Purple Palace! Although the house isn’t huge, there was a big, fenced-in backyard and we enjoyed sitting outside and eating breakfast under the pergola. The house itself was super clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were all comfortable, and, although we didn’t use them, a washer and dryer were available if needed. Lindsay and Dominic were immediately responsive to any questions we had and check-in and check-out were simple.

This place was very spacious for 4. Description was very accurate and pictures matched the home! Next door neighbors were noisy but that’s no fault of the AirBnB hosts! Space was very clean and the kitchens were stocked with everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive and incredibly friendly! Really enjoyed our stay here.

Purple Palace was a treat! A little tight squeeze for 6 guys, but house was very well kept and hosts were very welcoming - even gifted us a bottle of wine upon check-in! Backyard space was nice and beds (and massive couch bed) were incredibly comfortable. Very quick drive to anywhere in downtown with easy access to almost everything. Would definitely return if ever in Denver!

This house was great! The host left a bottle of wine for me and my group. It was such a thoughtful touch. The house itself is really cute! The backyard is large and it’s easy to access. Neighborhood. The neighborhood was cute. We felt safe and that our belongings were safe. It was 4th of July weekend. So the neighbors were outside with fireworks. But that’s to be expected! If you like fireworks. It was honestly such a great time! Inside We traveled during July so it was a bit warm. There is a swamp cooler in the window. We didn’t use it as during the day we were exploring the city. At night we would hang out downstairs where it was a few degrees cooler and at night it was cool enough to open a windows and let the breeze in. It is pretty close to everything. We were about 15 mins away from everything we wanted to do in Denver. We had so much fun and would absolutely book again!
