The apartment complex is nice, the unit is well furnished. The location and proximity to SM Mall of Asia. The unit owner was very responsive and assisted with request or any issues we had. Complex staff at all levels are very helpful and attentive, assisting coordinate a trip to the hospital/ clinic for my daughter to get medicine for sinus infection. I would likely stay again. Although this complex has a lot of amenities, as a short-term renter, such as Air BNB, you do not have the same rights as owners This was frustrating because we were not informed of this prior to arrival. We were informed when we arrived at the pool to be told by security, we cannot use the pool without a pass. After some confusion and contacting the owner, we were provided access to the pool after we agreed to pay the fee per person. The problem is access is only given per day and you need to have written permission for each day.

The place is really beautiful and cosy. We had an amazing time during our stay. Rodilyn was very responsive and friendly. Close to MOA, the restaurants nearby are amazing, there are convenient stores available around the area, which is great. I highly recommend Rodilyn’s place. Thank you :)

great place, big for 2 people! we had our own toilets which was nice. The living room was spacious and the kitchen was of a good size too. it’s a short drive or in fact just a 10 minute to SM Hypermarket, from the condo security to the shopping mall!
