House is nice and new, good distribution, well equipped, good location (near long beach and 5-7 mins drive from town). The big let down was the cleanliness, floor wasn't clean, there were covers on the couches that were really dirty (we even found nail clippings there), we also found hair on some of the pillows. Towels were not supplied and bed linen was minimal. This is very disturbing considering we are in the middle of a pandemic so things should be extra clean and disinfected. The owner charges a steep fee on cleaning + service charges so we were all disappointed on this.

Beautiful home set up really well for large or multi families. The garage play area was great for the kids to utilise. Great location. Very clean home. Would recommend bringing some extra towels.
