It is a lovely large house with lots of rooms, plenty of bathrooms and lots of natural light. Two bedrooms have an ensuite and there is a main bathroom downstairs where most bedrooms are located. Having the beach virtually on the back doorstep, the tranquil surroundings and multiple walking paths make it ideal. The large balcony with views and sounds of the ocean was a highlight. The second balcony is a great addition to the main bedroom. The open plan living was perfect for spending time together but there are still enough places for groups and individuals to have “time out”. The large dining tables inside and out were ideal and the lounge suite upstairs and the lounges downstairs were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of bench space and a roomy pantry. It is a short drive to the well-stocked IGA at Surfside if you don’t want the hassle of Batemans Bay traffic and associated parking. We had a lovely time at this house and most likely will be back again.

Wonderful place to stay with our extended family! Perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, this house has everything you need to make memories with all your loved ones. Was really impressed with how clean and well presented the house was. The large balcony with views and sounds of the ocean was a highlight, as well as the pool table! This was my third time visiting Longbeach staying with Jane as my host. The location is perfect being 100 metres to the beach which is a lovely (long!) beach and is somewhere that you have plenty of beach space to yourself and is not busy. It's within 10 minutes drive to Batemans Bay to do grocery shopping or to get good quality fish and chips. It's not a surprise that both Jane and the house have such great reviews, everything about the house is appealing with its spacious open plan living and design. The balcony is large with a good view. The second balcony is a great addition to the main bedroom. Two bedrooms have an ensuite and there is a main bathroom downstairs. The house is very presentable and clean with loads of natural light. The kitchen has plenty of bench space and a dishwasher. The lounge suite is comfy and the Smart TV is large. The pool table is also a lot of fun. I recommend staying with Jane who is easy to contact and helpful and caring about your stay.

we have been here twice so far, once every year. We plan to go in the coming years. It feels like home already and so much to do, beach located few steps away from the backyard. Such a lovely place. Id recommend to anyone Thanks once again jane
