This was by far the best Airbnb that we have stayed in. The host worked with us when our plans got changed last minute. We didn’t get there until after dark and the directions took us right to it. There were signs up on the road leading in so you couldn’t miss it. The property was immaculate inside and out. Everything was just as described. The host was quick to recommend places for breakfast. Overall a wonderful experience. We will definitely be staying again!

Chris and Debbie were fantastic hosts. The property is as advertised except for the grill. I was told it was a gas grill but it is a charcoal grill. Not a big deal as the kitchen was extremely functional and had everything in it needed to cook a meal if you don’t want to go out. Outside of the grill I have no complaints. I would advise anyone who have extreme trouble with stairs to think twice about it as there are 2 stairs separating the bed from the couch and kitchen to accommodate everyone being able to see the projector screen. The movie screen and surround system are just like being at the real movie theater. Lastly the shower was fantastic with a really relaxing rainfall shower head. The owners live on the property and even stopped by in passing to say hello and welcome us. Would 100 percent recommend sims city to anyone in the northern Arkansas/Branson area.

We had a wonderful stay at Sims City! The cabin was in close proximity to a day float on the White River and a separate day adventuring in the Buffalo National River forest. It was nice being able to come back to the cozy cabin at night and relax while watching movies on the big screen. We would definitely go back!
