We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean, tidy, welcoming and warm. The location was convenient for us as it was near other family members and comfortable walk to downtown. Slight confusion when we arrived as there was a lock box attached to the front railing, however the code we were given did not work. After several unsuccessful attempts, we called the contact number and a very helpful lady told us not to use the lock box, but to use the key pad on the front door. Don't know why the lock box was there then. It would have been helpful had the instruction booklets for the oven, washer and dryer been left as we were unfamiliar with these appliances. There is nowhere to put soap, shampoo, etc in the shower except for on the floor. Some sort of shower caddy would have been helpful. Also, the main vanity has no storage which was disappointing. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this property to others.
The place is very cozy, homely, warm, and clean. The place was as described in pictures. Check-in and out was so easy. Kendra was very helpful. we requested for extended checkout time. They were very understanding and granted our request. The place is a few minutes from downtown, safe and absolutely beautiful. it has everything you need to make your stay feel like home away from home. I would highly recommend this place for a getaway and will absolutely stay here next time I am in Burlington. it is worth it.
Very nicely presented and comfortable home perfect for our stay visiting family nearby, but also conveniently located near to local amenities, the harbour front for restaurants and walks and the train station for trips to Toronto. Had everything we required for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the area peaceful, we slept better than at home!
The house is nice and the downtown location is great. It is on a quiet street but still very walkable. Restaurants, shopping and the waterfront are close by. We had a problem with entry (key code), but that was resolved. Otherwise it was a very easy and pleasant stay.
