Our lakefront home is on exclusive Whitewater Lake. Located at the Gateway to the Blue Ridge Mountains and all the Upstate of South Carolina offers.

Downstairs, we have a huge private suite that has a king bed and bunkbeds with a twin, fullbed, and a trundle, so this spacious room sleeps up to 6. There are only 9 steps to enter the terrace level if you are mobility impaired. The terrace level also contains the main living areas with new waterproof lvp flooring. The bathroom on this level is completely renovated, It contains a shower with a grab bar, and it is easy for mobility impaired use.
Over 154 feet of shoreline and a sloped walk down to the oversized dock make swimming and fishing easy.
The upstairs level features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sun porch for winter views, an electric fireplace for cozy warmth, and an additional adult screen porch for relaxing without worries.
The deluxe master suite includes a comfortable king bed, a two person jetted tub, and the over sized walk in shower.
The screen porch is an "adults only" retreat with comfortable furniture and a dart board for adult fun.
The Lake room features a queen bed and direct access to the screen porch.
The third bedroom upstairs has a king bed and direct access to the sun room. Each of these rooms contains an electric fireplace for warmth and a touch of romance. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There are also full laundry facilities located upstairs and a fully remodeled bathroom with extra large, easy access shower..
The terrace or downstairs level contains the large open living and dining area, with gas fireplace and picture windows that look out onto the back deck and down to the water. 🏞
The kitchen is updated and contains new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a pantry, and tons of room for storage. It is well stocked for the chef in your family. 🍽
Outside, you'll find a large patio area that flows into a deck that has more than enough seating for everyone in your party, and looks out over the manicured yard down to the water and dock 🛶 The two outdoor dining tables provide ample space for large family dinners.
