Loved our stay here and will plan to stay again! Just a note, does get pretty hot and no fan or AC in room but might’ve just been since we came on a muggy / hot weekend! Would love to come in winter due to all the heating appliances though.

Friendly host Excellent communication & check-in instructions Accommodation as described. Plenty of home-comforts to ensure a comfortable stay. Private setting with scenic outlook Plenty of wildlife on the loch. A good base for exploring the various surrounding lochs and villages.

The place offers breathtaking views of Loch Long and the beautiful hills surrounding it. Despite the chilly weather, the atmosphere inside felt warm and welcoming. There is a stunning waterfall at the bottom of the garden that can be heard from the bed. We enjoyed wonderful walks, and the location is conveniently close to various hills of different difficulty levels. The accommodation is less than a 5-minute drive from The Cobbler, also known as Ben Arthur. We highly recommend Cù Mara Bistro & Takeaway and The Boat Shed Café on Loch Goil. Since there are limited amenities nearby, we arranged a Sainsbury's delivery for when we arrived. It's important to note that having a car is necessary, and if you have a dog, you'll need to drive to find a suitable walking area as there are no accessible options directly from the accommodation. The host was extremely helpful and responded to all our inquiries within a couple of hours. The property itself is well-maintained, with good WiFi.

Loved it, wish we could have stayed longer. Scenery was amazing, but elevated even more by the lovely garden and waterfall around the property. Accommodation was very clean, comfortable and warm. Perfect location, both Highlands and city easily accessible.
