Great Hosts, Awesome location, made us feel like we were locals. Walk to he beach, and the house was even nicer then the photos portrayed. I use Airbnb often for work and pleasure. This rental was one of my favorites. Thank you Bethany and Brant.

We had a party of ten and the house fit us all very comfortably. The function and the layout of the floor plan worked great for us. We come to the Outer Banks every year and we loved the location. It was fantastic and a very short walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and the house had a lot of great little hang out areas all around. We loved the pool and enjoyed it probably just as much as the beach, maybe more. We did have an issue with the AC upon arrival and we notified Bethany and Brant right away. They were quick and responsive to let us know about what could be done and did their best to get it repaired and fixed. We loved this Outer Banks home and would totally stay here again. Thanks for hosting Bethany and Brant.

We stayed at Sea Rest for our family vacation. The house was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 7 adults. It was a very quick walk to the beach; we enjoyed using the pool as well. Sea Rest was in the perfect location - it was in a quiet area with a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Bethany and Brant were gracious hosts and communicated with us, as needed. The house met all of our expectations and we would consider booking again in the near future.

Sea Rest was truly a treat. It's rare to find an AirBnB that's so close to the beach, has a big pool, is quiet and private and still comfortable. Bethany and Brant's place ticked all the boxes and made our stay exceptional. I can't recommend it enough. Also, I've never encountered more responsive hosts. So quick to answer all my little questions, it made the stresses of travel so easy to handle!

This was a stellar space. Clean, spacious, great sized rooms, modern bathrooms, a lot of extras (like pool toys, beach caddy, good assortment of pots and pans). About a five minute walk to the beach. Beach was not too crowded, even in August, and felt semi-private. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The balconies were fantastic. It felt really private and secluded but still within walking distance of the beach and close to the main hub of food stores (Publix, Harris Teeter, Walmart, etc.) Absolutely would return!!!
