We truly enjoyed our stay in OBX at Nicki’s place. The house was super cozy and my family really enjoyed the countless number of bathrooms! The location was perfect - a quick walk to the beach or bay which made it so easy as there isn’t much free parking available near the beach. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking! We enjoyed the peaceful afternoons on the hammocks as well. Would absolutely come back!

Nicki’s home is as beautiful as pictured. The home is clean, well designed & spacious! Every little detail was perfectly thought out. It accommodated all 10 of us with space still left. Every bedroom was beautifully furnished, the beds were extremely comfortable. All the bathrooms had full sized amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary items to cook. We enjoyed the open floor concept with the dining & living spaces. The outdoor areas are very spacious with lots of lighting. There’s an outdoor shower, which is perfect after spending the whole day at the beach, washing up & relaxing in the hot tub. To end the day, the roof deck is perfect, to lay down & watch the stars! Nicki is very responsive & super helpful. Thanks for hosting us! We highly recommend this gem!

My family enjoyed their stay. The house was clean, beautiful, roomy, centrally located, and the host provided great information before, and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The home was gorgeous, modern, and clean. The amenities were wonderful. Such a great place to come back to after a day at the beach. The swings on the porch were so nice for reading. The host was proactive and quick to respond. Highly recommend!
