Lovely place! We loved spending Thanksgiving week here. The decor and architecture was well thought out. Very clean and set up well for our family. Highly recommend!

The house has good views, nice location, was clean and well furnished, and has a fireplace for cozy gathering in the living room. There were 3 nice seating areas so the 8 of us could be together or split up for games, reading or small group conversations. The kitchen was well furnished and the dining area accommodated 8 people easily. It was cold when we were there, so we didn’t utilize all the lovely deck space. I would definitely recommend it

The cottage had been beautifully renovated and each room was thoughtfully decorated! Our family had a fantastic time! The short walk to the beach is a definite plus! The kitchen is well-equipped and very accommodating to a group. The hot tub was also a big hit! We wanted to rent next August but it is already booked ☹️

The house is beautiful and in great condition. It looks just like the pictures. Our group of nine felt right at home. The kitchen is stocked pretty great too. The main floor outdoor patio had a great view of the ocean and it is a 2min walk to the beach. Hurricane MO’s and the black pelican are right next door. It was overall an unforgettable getaway.

The house size and layout was perfect for our group, which was a mix of kids and adults. It's a very short walk across the street to the walkway onto the beach, and to a couple restaurants including one with an outdoor bar. The house was very clean and the communications regarding check in / out were clear and timely. One item I will note that is not the owner's fault is that we booked our stay through AirBnb, and based on how I entered the search criteria this house was included in the search results even though it was only available for 5 days and not 7 that I was looking for. I could have easily caught this but didn't, and am mentioning here only for AirBnB users to double check their dates. Even though our stay wasn't as long as I would have liked, I was very happy with the house and would stay there again.
