Recently refurbished town house in great location, 122 is perfect for exploring this ancient city and its surrounds. Private parking. Based in vibrant Fulflood. "Like an apartment over 4 floors": Lower Ground Floor: Snug with Smart TV for your subscription channels, books, toys and games. Outside 2 steps to main entrance to house. Please note there are a lot of stairs at this property which is mostly open plan. Ground Floor: Open plan living space with wooden floor comprising Living area with 40" Smart TV for your subscription channels. Kitchen and dining area with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Cloakroom: With storage for coats and boots leading to separate toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1 (Master) with super king size bed (can be 2 x 2ft 6in twin beds on request). Bedroom 2 (Single/ Childrens) with single bed and pull out trundle optional (for extra child). Family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail and tiled floor. Second Floor: Bedroom 3 (Sky room): With double bed, seating area, en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
We had a lovely stay at 122 Stockbridge Road. My 4 year old son loved the 'underground world' in the basement. I loved the location, so convenient for Winchester centre and for Marwell Zoo. My parents loved people watching and the eateries. We had a problem with the kitchen tap which was fixed the same day. Brilliant attention from Sarah with no questions asked. We would definitely return and recommend!
Lovely house, nicely renovated and spotlessly clean. Great location just a short walk to the town centre yet really quiet. The description mentioned a small of road parking space but we couldn’t find this, a parking permit was provided so this wasn’t a problem. Two of us did slip coming down the stairs, so watch out for uneven stairs - not unexpected in an older property!
Sarah’s home was comfy and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very Clean. My children loved the downstairs snug area/ second living room. The house is very near to the station and a short, easy walk to the town. There’s a handy convenience store opposite and a really nice pizza restaurant a few doors away! This area is coveted by many to live and stay in; a favourite place for families, young professionals and retirees who are drawn to the calm energy, green spaces, lively community, excellent travel connections and numerous shops and eateries.

3 minute walk from train station - well connected to London, Salisbury, Southampton etc.
Excellent road and bus connections. South coast beaches, the New Forest National Park, South Downs and other cities and villages all within reach.
