A Bbq is provided for your entertainment in the undercover outdoor area next to the swimming pool - perfect for the sunny Caloundra days. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen providing electric stovetops and air conditioning. A double length carport is also available to guests with boats or a second car. Once the unpacking is complete you could take the children across the road with their bikes, to enjoy riding the bike park track. A great park for all to gather for some outdoor fun. Lovely stay with family for a week . Emailed Holiday Caloundra as BBQ filthy with grease and awful smell ….Emailed back next day apologized about this and said would let cleaners know ….Sent pics to as I didn’t wanted to be charged a cleaning fee for BBQ
This was an excellent place to stay. There is plenty of room, lots of extra bedding and a great location.
Good location, tidy although some damage, stains on curtains and sofas. Kitchen tiles some broken. There is a lot of stuff that could do with a dump run that makes the place feel rundown. Some general maintenance would be good and a pest control spray is required as there are quite a few cockroaches visible.
House is old and out dated, layers of really thick dust around the house especially in the bedrooms. Aircon is only in the living room far away from the bedrooms and as the house is brick the aircon doesn’t flow through the house. BBQ was dirty on check in as well as pool/ outdoor area full of old mouldy pool blow ups etc. Have to pay an extra 60+ dollars for towels tea towels etc on top of house price plus a 500$ bond which was taken and held for 5 days.
Love this property in terms of location and privacy. It’s Spacious and comfortable, with a homely feel. The saltwater pool is fantastic and sparkling clean! We hope to be back again, as it really is a great place for a beach holiday. Thanks Eric for providing this place via Airbnb and also to the real estate who were good with communications.
