First I want to say how lovely Tracey is she is a very responsive host and the apartment is beautiful and in a lovely location for getting to the promenade. We did have some issues when staying which I’m incredibly sad to say because we really did like the location and the apartment. However there is a problem with damp and white mould in the flat and this caused considerable issues for mine my husband and my little boys asthma we couldn’t stop coughing the entire weekend when inside the flat. The living room is particularly bad and paint was falling off the damp areas. We ended up being unable to use the living room during our stay. The second issue that we had was noise. The flat below us was so incredibly loud from 5am to gone 10pm and we could hear them through my son’s baby monitor at night and he didn’t manage more than 10 minutes sleep. Neighbours also incredibly loud and fighting in the street. Tracey gave us a refund of one night to apologize which was lovely. Thank you x

It was a very clean and presentable place. Good accommodations and things that came with the place. I recommend it to people who love a clean area and quiet place.

Tracey's flat is no frills with basic facilities but is clean and comfortable. The beds in particular are so comfy. I felt at ease being there and felt safe and secure (though downstairs occupants constantly left the main door unlocked, but thats not Tracey's fault). The tram is around 5 minutes walk away which was great but the area is pretty quiet on an evening (bar a few noisy car engines) so my little ones sleep was undisturbed which was important for us. Theres a co-op less than 5 minutes walk away too. The flat had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen. We had no issues at all in our stay. Tracey recommended some restaurants for us prior to our stay and responded quickly to questions. We had a great stay and will hopefully be back

Brilliant place to stay. Family friendly. The pier is only a 20 min walk and the Co-Op is only a 5 min walk. Everything was clean and easy to find. Tracey was very quick at responding to messages and was super friendly :) I would definitely recommend staying here if you ever decide to go to Blackpool!
