Open bottles of pills, every wall has a scuff mark(s), carpets are so stained, wires running everywhere, bandaids on the wall, broken glass on the floor, missing and burnt out bulbs everywhere, damaged cabinet doors and furniture, ect. Fire the cleaning crew and fix up your house. It has so much potential but it's definitely not taken care of. The "neighbor/caretaker" cooking with curry had the house stinking SO bad and caused breathing issues for our nanny she had to use her inhaler multiple times, we swept the floor 4 times. Their vacuum doesn't work so we had to do it with a broom. The house is in poor condition and not remotely worth the asking price. If you rent this house i promise you will be disappointed. Run away.

The place needs major updates. It is very outdated. I wouldn’t stay here unless you were going to just pass out here. Great location 5ish minutes to Cool Springs/Franklin area with great restaurants and entertainment. Only 20 minutes to Downtown Nashville if youre coming for that reason. They seem to have signs every where to knit-pick you- no one in my crew was a big fan. Stay elsewhere and spend less money.

Emkay's location was great and the home is beautiful. There was so much space which was helpful with 8 people staying in the home and 3 were children. Emkay was responsive and addressed all questions, especially while we were staying on site. Thank you for a great time!

Pros: Close to Nashville and Franklin. Large space Cons: Needs SERIOUS updates Sewage smell in kitchen from drain Sticky kitchen PLUMBING ISSUES We had a large leak from a bathroom on second level and it started leaking into the bedroom under it. It soaked the bed as well as the carpet. I contacted the host several times. Showed pictures as well as video of how bad it was. Had to close off the room and not use it. Also was not able to use the bathroom upstairs. My parents had to no longer use that bedroom and sleep elsewhere and the bathroom (which was the jack and jill one) couldn’t be used. We were limited to 4 bdrms and 2 showers for 15 guests. Host wanted to just wash their hands out of the problem after several attempts to get a reasonable refund. Pictures and videos have been saved and sent to both host and AirBNB. Should you want to rent this, message me. I can send videos of how bad it was.
