I have used Airbnb for many years and in several countries, and my stay with Flora has been the best yet. Communications have been excellent, with response time measured in minutes, followed by issue resolution almost immediately. Flora has a staff that she directs which results in timely adjustments as required. I booked for 1 month and it was great that I stayed for an additional 2 months. For sure, I will be back. I cannot overstate how pleasurable it is to deal with a friendly, happy and most importantly competent host. Flora has an abundance of local information and strives to make your holiday memorable and 5 star. Thank you for the room upgrade, I will miss the beautiful ocean view and ocean breeze. My stay was stress free. Internet worked, TV worked and the bed was very comfortable. I had everything needed for an extended holiday. Thank you for making my visit so memorable.

Flora is a nice host. I had a great time in her condo. She and her staff were friendly and helpful and always responsive. The condo is clean and functional. I will definitely come and choose her unit again next time I come to Lapulapu.
