The building has to offer are a beautiful beautifully infinity pool with view over the ocean. If you stay minimum 1 month you also have access to the sauna, gym and indoor jacuzzi

Our experience was superb! Can't say any bad about it. Super clean, cozy and spacious when we arrived at the unit. Although, there are no towels and complimentary soap and shampoo, it's still manageable. You just need to rent towels for 100 pesos if you want to use their towels. Host is very straightforwad and clear with the checked-in/out instructions. The unit all in all is SUPER SULIT and highly recommended to my friends. We will surely go back again soon! Thank you for the accomodation!

A great place to stay in Mactan. The unit has a perfect view. Its very spacious, clean and AC works perfectly fine. We wish we could stay longer so that we can maximize the other amenitied ie pool and beach access. Will definitely book this place again.
This place is great value for money* and great location. However, I think there are things to be improved: 1. Please explicitly mention that storing luggage prior to check in and towels cost something. Please also reiterate that while you accommodate 6 in the room, only 4 adults can get pool access. Lastly, ask your guest to bring in soap and shampoo (just in case they forget). 2. Create an automatic message for booking confirmation explaining the above fees and to automate the instructions at least 24 hours before the check in. 3. Tone of the messages should be carefully checked. I am used to the European-style of service but this approach does not do well in Asia.

VERY CLEAN AND SECURE PLACE: Mactan Newtown is a luxury private township, like Ayala in Cebu or Makati in Manila, with its own security staff, clean avenues shaded by 10 years old mango and palm trees.
BEAUTIFUL BEACH CLUB: Mactan Newtown Beach Club is now reserved for residents: free access with 4 adults, 2 kids. More guest are allowed, paying entrance fee. Beach club managed by savoy hotel, offering food, drinks, kayaks, windsurfing, snorkeling, jetski and more.
EXCELLENT LOCATION AND SERVICES: The Condominium is away from the noise and pollution of Cebu city, and well connected to Cebu city nearby. Only 15min away from the International airport. It is along the Peripheral highway. It has it’s own big transport terminal, with aircon busses. Chong Hua and other hospitals are just few minutes away. Many services available on ground floor of the building and around: Big Robinson supermarket, bank, pharmacy, McDonald, restaurants, coffee shops, food court, nightclub, school, coffee shops, 7/11, Do It Yourself Hardware store, Julie bakery and many more. Many air conditioned buses, taxis and jeepneys available 24 hours. Call centers and a “School of Excellence”.
