We offer you a Modern family condo with a stunning sea view. Wake up with a smile on your face ☀️ Our unit includes a smart TV with Netflix installed, all kitchen appliances, 2 powerful airco's, double bed, sofa bed, Wifi, .. The building has to offer are a beautiful beautifully infinity pool with view over the ocean. If you stay minimum 1 month you also have access to the sauna, gym and indoor jacuzzi Only 15min away from the international airport. With free beach access for 4 adults and 2 kids (all booked days, except check-out day) And swimming pool is closed on Monday’s.

Acceptable Room for improvement It wont break the bank to provide 1 towel at least… But the did say they were not included, tho I thought at least for the hands there would be one…

You get what you paid for. great location
Well, this was on the spot booking, and when I asked them if they have other units other than we booked, they replied right away, and was very helpful, very direct with the instructions. I'm happy and very satisfied overall! I'm sorry if the room was somehow mess when I left. I didn't have enough time to fix everything before we left, but was able to clean your kitchen and washed all the dishes. Your aircon was awesome compared to the first unit we rent on our first day! Although you have no towels and its for rent, still we're fine. Important was the family enjoyed every minute of the stay and the kids as well.
The place is really good. It’s within strategic location. Too bad we haven’t gotten to the beach but we’re looking forward to it soon. The unit is well equipped although there are some amenities that are non functional and needs to be improved but the host is responsive and willing to communicate since we checked out late as well. Nonetheless the place is worth staying and I would recommend it to others as well. All in all we had a great stay.

VERY CLEAN AND SECURE PLACE: Mactan Newtown is a luxury private township, like Ayala in Cebu or Makati in Manila, with its own security staff, clean avenues shaded by 10 years old mango and palm trees.
BEAUTIFUL BEACH CLUB: Mactan Newtown Beach Club is now reserved for residents: free access with 4 adults, 2 kids. More guest are allowed, paying entrance fee. Beach club managed by savoy hotel, offering food, drinks, kayaks, windsurfing, snorkeling, jetski and more.
EXCELLENT LOCATION AND SERVICES: The Condominium is away from the noise and pollution of Cebu city, and well connected to Cebu city nearby. Only 15min away from the International airport. It is along the Peripheral highway. It has it’s own big transport terminal, with aircon busses. Chong Hua and other hospitals are just few minutes away. Many services available on ground floor of the building and around: Big Robinson supermarket, bank, pharmacy, McDonald, restaurants, coffee shops, food court, nightclub, school, coffee shops, 7/11, Do It Yourself Hardware store, Julie bakery and many more. Many air conditioned buses, taxis and jeepneys available 24 hours. Call centers and a “School of Excellence”.
