Good location, near a 7/11 not far from a small amll (in jepnee). Small place, but comfortable, cost effective. In the center of this area. Clean and good security. Host change quiclky defective the unit for the hot water. I will just propose to them to have a mirror in the bathroom, and a mice stopper under the front door. The place is clean and safe. Neighbor in the building are nice & respectful. The WiFi system is base on a mobile unit (you must paid for the usage after you use the base "package" buy by the host), if you need WiFi for important thing (work, ...) just ask the info to the host to put some Php on the account.

Place was as expected. Homey, clean and safe. Host was responsive and friendly. Didn’t have issues at all. Will definitely stay again and recommend to my friends! Thanks maam Jeelyn.

I highly recommend this place! Jeelyn’s place is super cozy! Great for group or family. All of the equipments you need is complete esp in the kitchen. We love this place so much because it is very convenient, 7/11 and the market is just across the street. If you want more stores like watsons or korean mart, it is only one tricycle away so it is very accessible. She is very kind, responsive and accomodating as well. We asked for early check in and she granted our request. Everything is so smooth and we will definitely go back here! Thanks Jeelyn for accomodating us! ☺️
