Welcome to Terracotta on Taylor, a brand new home with old world charm in the heart of the East Side Arts District, downtown Waco. The living/ kitchen is open and airy with 11' ceilings and large windows that offer peaceful views to towering trees. Plus, a large deck provides a lovely space for entertaining. We are just blocks from downtown, yet you'll find the home relaxing, and peaceful. Stroll to McLane Stadium, the river walk or multiple restaurants just a few blocks away. With tall ceilings and large windows, Terracotta on Taylor feels fresh and airy. Furnishings are mid-century modern, balanced with farm-house charm. All three bedrooms have direct access to the two bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed (with black out blinds for sleeping in if desired) and a nice closet. Also, a washer and dryer are accessed from this room. The 2nd bedroom has two XL twin beds (so taller folks aren't cramped). It also has a tall window and closet. The third bedroom is smaller, and cozy. It has a day bed with a trundle pullout single. These two twin mattresses are new and super comfortable. This room also has a TV and a bench seat with multiple plugs for any electronics. This room can also serve as a media room for kids. The open Living / Kitchen area has a mounted TV with Roku, Netflix and ESPN+. We also have high speed Wifi, a fridge with icemaker and gas stove, microwave and oven. Lastly, convenient check in through a keypad with your own unique code allows you to come and go as needed.
