Each of the 3 bedrooms has a luxurious Zinus 10in CertiPUR-US certified cooling essential foam mattress with additional 1.5in topper. Primary suite has an attached full bathroom and walk-in closet. The other 2 queen bedrooms share a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, fan, oven, microwave, and refrigerator along with pots, cooking utensils and dishes for cooking gourmet meals while you're in town. Large washer/dryer set will take care of your laundry. Surrounded by a large fenced in lot, there is plenty of room to toss a ball, play fetch with your dog, or BBQ on the mini charcoal grill on the back patio. In April of 2023, we added in a fence/gate at the end of the driveway to enclose the backyard for additional privacy and for playing in the backyard for pets and children.
