Anthony's place is great, it's nice and quiet, there's a cleaning service that comes every week and makes sure that the place is always spotless. 10/10 would recommend. Mind you, there's a physical key handoff so there is no 24 hour flexible check in, but Anthony is very accommodating so rest assured that he'll take care of you. If you end up living on the second floor, your phone might get weak wifi signal sometimes, so if you have a wifi extender do bring it along, it easily pairs with the main router.

Ideal living environment and conducive. Experience is largely determined by other tenants at the time of stay. Could be hostile at times, with other tenants not being friendly or compromising to the fact that living spaces are shared. Other group of tenants I experienced during my months long stay had quite the opposite vibe, very friendly and made living spaces homey. Host did his best to keep the place clean at all times and accommodated to the needs of tenants, sometimes a little too much; One tenant reported to the host on my first night stay that I was loud on the phone while he tried to sleep. I received an aggressive message from Tony the first thing in the morning stating the policies of the place and a threat to be booted out if another report is received. This was so unexpected considering I had barely settled into the living space , I almost moved out the next day but decided otherwise for at least a few days . Getting along with other tenants counts to living experience
