For the amount paid per month, I felt that it was simply not a good deal. Very early on it became apparent that the host expected me to do cleaning around the property. I very lightly used any of the kitchen, living room, dining room, or downstairs recreational space and kept mainly to myself. For the amount that I paid for this stay, the host surely could have provided their own cleaning service. The host’s property is littered with… litter. A lot of items laying around the grounds that look to be in disrepair or distress. The home is definitely an aged home, at least 30 years old. Nothing is New or in Mint condition. After I complained about the excessive daily noise from the neighbors, This host would continuously try to annoy me.

great place in an accessible location from 376. beds comfy, kitchen very good, laundry on premises. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by woods and very nice area to walk. BONUS: Mary Beth is super nice and keeps the place well. highly recommend for long term and short term stays

This is a nice, quiet location on several acres off the main road. Rooms are quiet and house is nicely appointed with all the necessary accommodations. Access to laundry room is a nice plus. Mary Beth is easy to talk to and very accommodating... checking on the place regularly and even bought a refrigerator when guests noted they needed more storage space. House comes with a TV in the living room and as well as each guest room and WiFi throughout. I've rented elsewhere and this was one of the best. Highly recommend.
