The Location was great. It was walking distance to Old Town and many other places. And everything was located close just in case we had to drive anywhere.

The Open key application where we would receive access to access the property never arrived. At the gate the guard allowed us to enter the resort, once he was shown evidence the reservation and we had to explain to him that the access code never arrived. The jacuzzi was disassembled, there were screws and parts of it everywhere. Have photos and video.. where the towel was hooked was broken and hanging. The area where the jacuzzi was located was dirty and full of dust. The pack n play that the advance payment was not in the house either. Very disappointed that the property upon our arrival was not in optimal conditions. Those were days off staff maintenance entering and leaving the property. A shame that it har not been ready and supervised by the staff before renting it. We ask to move us to another house and the request was denied because according to them everything was full. As for me i will not return with my familys to Regal Oaks.( the staff was very diligent and respectful)

The apartment itself was nice and had good amenities. If however, you are a person who values customer service, this is not the place for you. A few of the staff members were nice, but this did not counterbalance the rude behaviour of the reception staff. My niece injured herself, and they made a big deal about transporting her to the apartment, suggesting we were pretending to get a ride for the entire group. Further, they promised to send someone to help us with the TV and other issues we had in the apartment, but nobody showed up. If the improve customer service, this could be a nice place to stay.
