Great property. Perfect for what we needed. Instructions and images were really clear and helpful. Brilliants hosts! Responded super quickly and allowed us to stay an extra night last minute! Would definitely stay again.

Overall, the place was not bad. It was mostly clean, and had most of the utensils we needed. Nicely decorated and open. Communication was also great! The couch couldn’t be used without a blanket over it because there were some questionable stains all over. We also couldn’t use the pull out featured , it was stuck. The master bedroom didn’t have a king bed, it was two twin beds pushed together. This was very uncomfortable to sleep on and it kept separating between us. When we tried to switch the sheets with the clean ones in the closet, but the sheets didn’t fit the bed. They were for twin beds. So we had to be creative.

The place was very clean but the surrounding needs to be taken care of. There was a garbage overflowing and grass overgrown but the interior of the appartment very clean. Great respond time.

After being let down on another hosts apartment. This was a last minute booking on the same day! Within a hour we were there and checked in. Extremely happy with the service and help, lovely apartment, with a great location to get the train into London centre. The only issue we had with our stay was the fact that we were unable to access the car parking, keycode wasn't working. lucky we found road parking outside the property. ( I assume a genuine fault but they were happy to help as much as they could) Would recommend
