Private parking space next to the road 50m from the entrance & free parking on the road. Closest (rocky) beach just 100m, LaGrotta Bay. Less than 400m the nearest sandy beach, Agia Triada. Given this unique position, there are approximately 90 steps to reach the house, but the first glimpse of the view will compensate for them. Villa Bouganville is designed for relaxation outdoors, considering there are 1000sq meters of outdoor space equipped with outdoor furniture: -Terrace with sea-view -Green grass garden -Grill area -Garden with herbs. Every corner in Villa Bouganville is a spot to relax and disconnect from the everyday routine. Villa Bouganville consists of 4 studios and 1 apartment with two bedrooms and the outdoor space is shared ONLY with Bouganville guests. The apartment is 35sq meters with a sea view and garden view. It has: 2 Bedrooms In the first bedroom with a sea view, you can find : -A/C -Double bed In the second bedroom with garden view: -Two single beds -A/C Private entrance from the front side (sea-view private balcony) and from the backside (garden/ mountain view private balcony). Perfect for preparing a quick meal, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need: -Kitchenette with 2 hotplates -Fridge -Toaster -Kettle -Coffee maker -More kitchen equipment. There is 1 bathroom, in the apartment next to the kitchen. Enjoy your breakfast while watching the sunrise on the terrace or unwind with the beautiful sunset. A beautiful apartment with a lovely terrace and garden on the outskirts of Paleokastritsa. Terrace has excellent views of West of Corfu. Clean and well maintained. The terrace area is shared between 4 apartments but is spacious and never crowded. Comes with parking. Local staff really helpful. Would highly recommend. This property is up a steep drive and a long set of steps - this gives fabulous views but wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility issues (the parking is at the bottom).
We are so happy, we found this place and stayed there. The view is incredible, the house and the surrounding area is well equipped, perfectly cared for and very close to heaven ;) Anastasia is the kindest person, always around looking after her oasis. Paleokastritsa was to us the best choice for a stay. You achieve different beaches and lovely restaurants by foot. You just have to cope with the stairs, but the view will pay your breathlessness off ;)

La vista è magnifica. Non serve la macchina perché le spiagge sono vicine. Anche il supermercato è a pochi passi. La casa è molto pulita e accessoriata. Ci mancherà
Anastasia est un ange ! Son accueil et sa bienveillance tout au long du séjour ont été un véritable enchantement. Son appartement et son jardin sont entretenus comme des trésors. Alors, d'accord, il faut faire un véritable effort pour grimper tout là-haut ! Mais une fois arrivé, la vue est à couper le souffle ! Allez-y les yeux fermés !
