My family loved our stay at this gorgeous home. The house had an excellent location (on the oceanside, by beach access, great shops and restaurants within walking distance), was extremely well appointed, comfortable, beautiful and spacious. The owner was kind, helpful and responsive. Could not have asked for more.

We stayed here for the Wilmington marathon and the location could not have been any better. The place was clean and great for our group of 5. The house was also well equip for our 2 year old. Would stay here again when we come down to visit.

This place was awesome. The location is perfect - right on the beach and the access is just steps from the front door. There is a pier and a good restaurant a quick walk down the street for a quick/fun activity. Super close to restaurants on Wrightsville and easy to get to all of the attractions around town. Lin's house was super clean and modern. Loved having 2 decks to hang out on as well! At night the neighborhood was super quiet and felt very safe throughout the entire stay. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to have a good time in Wilmington!

Our host Lin was responsive and friendly and answered any questions we had. The house was well appointed and nicely decorated with high quality fixtures and furnishings. Our girls beach weekend was delightful. We especially enjoyed walking the Wrightsville loop each morning and visiting the local restaurants close by.
