Family friendly with baby gates, pack & play & highchair provided. The all-new Waves of Gray has been completely renovated, top to bottom in modern coastal decor, including new furniture and bedding. Located just steps from the sand & surf, this pristine side-by-side duplex offers three stories of calming serenity. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Ocean from any of our four outdoor balconies. The master bedroom balcony is adorned with a charming porch swing, great for a little solitude during your stay. Enjoy morning coffee or happy hour while taking in the sunrise or sunset vistas from the third-floor ocean-view balcony that connects to the open concept living/dining/kitchen. Both the second and third floor bedrooms have private balconies, great for reading or just enjoying ocean breeze. All new Westin’s Law compliant Elevator installed for your convenience. Please do not allow children to ride and the elevator unaccompanied. Bringing young children? We've equipped the essentials for your use and safety including baby gates, foldable highchair, pack & play with bedding and a folding cot with mattress pad. Enjoy game night in with a variety of puzzles and board games for all ages. We pride ourselves in providing a kitchen full of everything you'd ever need to prepare meals, as well as a grill AND flat top for fun breakfast to hibachi dinners. We have included many extra details to make your stay as seamless and relaxing as possible, including liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning supplies, dishwasher & laundry pods, trash bags and a blow dryer in every bathroom. Ground coffee & creamer are provided, as well as a Keurig brewer if you prefer to bring your favorite k-cups. Toilet paper is provided, but depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase extra. As for trips to the beach, we have Turkish beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach toys & games, coolers and a beach cart. Bikes, boards and Kayaks can all be rented and delivered right to your door! Parking: The driveway can accommodate two regular size vehicles and one small car. Street parking is available for $25 a day, March through September. Street parking is free October through February. We use our beach house frequently and ask that you treat it with the same love and care that we have.
