Phillip was an amazing host! He responded quickly and his place was beautiful. I visit Vallarta every year and will definitely be returning to Phillips home.

Our family of three stayed here over spring break and it was just as described! The condo was very spacious and it was just like the advertisement. We enjoyed the balcony a ton! Even though there was construction happening, it wasn’t overly obnoxious, and we didn’t blink an eye at the busy workers as they were on the other side of the grounds and were never intrusive. There is a lot of construction worker activity at the front end of the building, but again never an issue. Super close to walk to the grocery store, which was great for re stocking of food we wanted. The use of the washing machine was convenient, so pack less as you can wash two loads with the detergent supplied. The fridge had an auto ice maker which was amazing to keep our drinks cool. Use the Uber app to get rides into the main malecon area. So easy and cheap. We would definitely return and are excited to see the finished results when the addition is complete. Philip was super responsive and friendly.

Anytime you find plush robes, you know it's going to be good! Philips condo has more than just robes, it is well-appointed with full kitchen supplies as well as extra bathroom amenities, (soap, make-up wipes). The in-suite washer/dryer & dishwasher were supplied with soaps for a few cycles. The bedding is great and the linens have an exceptional soft feel. The suite itself is accurately represented in the pictures, and all furniture is in good repair and is comfortable. At the pool, we saw something never before seen. The building staff enforced the no pool lounger "hogging" rules! The staff monitored the empty loungers on busy days and removed the towels from any unused chairs after a reasonable time. While some may be offended by this, the 'use it or lose it' policy is awesome! Also, there is a second tower under construction next door, but candidly the noise is not overwhelming and they respect the early morning/evening quiet times. All communications with Philip were excellent.

Phillip was very responsive. We had a small issue on the cleanliness which he responded to immediately and had it taken care of. The housekeeper did a great job on her other visits so I am sure that this was just a one time matter. Phillip gave great instructions and informed us that there would be noise on the adjacent site which there was but he was upfront with that before we took the reservation. We had a maintenance matter which we called Phillip and his co-host who responded quickly. Phillip was very interested in making our stay great and his instructions for getting there from the airport and into the condo were clear and easy to follow. Mark and Julie Wiesner

El lugar coincide con las fotos es un lugar acogedor y tranquilo, la entrada al inmueble no le hace justicia plr la trerraceria, tenía todo lo que se requiere para descansar, bien equipado solo nos faltaron tazas, la teraza con vista al mar, el amanecer con el ventanal y vista al mar, las albercas, camastros, sobre todo la alberca que está elevada con vista al mar. No tuvimos inconveniente en nada, los uber llegaban por nosotros a la entrada y nos dejaban ahí mismo, un Soriana cerca, oxxo, nos la pasamos saliendo y sin probelmas de ubicación. También en la caseta de llegada pueden pedirles servicios locales de taxi para llevarlos cerca, los anfitriones siempre pendientes. Sin duda alguna recomendaría el lugar, seguro volveré.
