Aranzazu la concierge fue increíble, siempre atenta, siempre disponible. El departamento necesita mantenimiento, el colchón de la cama en muy mal estado, con una esponja sobre el colchón no hace que la cama sea "cómoda" wifi de muy baja calidad, la limpieza del baño deja mucho que desear, la limpieza de la lavadora/secadora era deplorable, en si la vista del departamento es lo que lo hace único, pero si pueden mejorar mucho con el mantenimiento de éste. Necesitan agregar a su descripción que la alberca principal se encuentra en reparación, por lo que los ruidos de construcción están durante el dia, todos los dias.

wonderful condo unit this was perfect for 2 people but could sleep more, with lots of amenities. the pool area and restaurant were amazing . the prices were very reasonable and the staff were very friendly and always there for your needs... we would most definitely stay again!!

> Water and electricity were off on arrival; why on earth would they not have those turned on before we arrive?. > A/C didn’t work; guy came to fix it, it never worked for the whole 2 weeks; Temp stayed ~75-78 degrees > Kitchen and bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain > No hot water in kitchen for washing dishes > Front flimsy door handle/lock assembly kept falling apart, fell out of the door, in pieces > No dead bolt on door, one hard push and someone could break in; most all of the other units have a deadbolt > To get things fixed, *we* were expected to wait for repair person; miss our beach time; no manager to supervise repairs, so in most cases, we didn’t report because we didn’t want to wait around for repairs on our vacation Positives— > Nice view, although the noise from the alley/public area just below balcony precluded quiet relaxing on the porch > Grand Venetian is a lovely complex overall, nice amenities > Luckily, it wasn’t too hot, but uncomfortable for sleeping without A/C

The Grand Venetian is in a great location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, casino, and malls. The pools are great and range from cool to warm. The beach is amazing. The sunsets were spectacular from the balcony. There was some noise on the weekend from the nightclub across the river but overall it was very quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from our condo neighbours. The condo is as advertised and suited our needs for a week vacation. Zuy, our Tropical Rentals contact, was great! She was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We would consider returning again.

Host never got in touch to deliver the keys had to pay for a hotel after waiting inthe parking lot more than 5 hours with my family and babies , they never answered.
