Amazing location - the views are unreal and having a hotel next door gave easy options to many amenities like a convience store for getting water/snacks, a restaurant, and a large pool. The host was amazing - super responsive and very flexible with checkout times which we really appreciated! Would give this place 6 stars if I could - one of the nicest views/stays we have ever had!

The photos honestly don’t do this place justice! The apartment was more than enough space for myself and my party. We would often sit on the balcony to watch the sun set. The beds were extremely comfortable…we felt right at home in this place. It has super easy access to taxis and isn’t too far from all the fun bars and restaurants Puerto Vallarta has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this property. It's a nice large, clean, modern unit with everything in great shape: beds, furniture, bathrooms, appliances, air conditioners, kitchen utensils, etc. We enjoyed watching sunsets on a large balcony. Nights are restful with just the ocean surf, no hum of traffic or party noises. We had a car and drove to Puerto Vallarta, beaches and other attractions near by. We opted for Uber a few times to go for dinners in PV. Unit proximity to the city makes it a viable and efficient option. The only downside is the lack of a swimmable beach within a walking distance. We found a few nice beaches within 5 min drive and had a blast. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Amazing place for so many reasons. The location right on the water is superb constantly within earshot of the sound of Pacific waves and it’s also ideally located about the 10 minute drive from Puerto Vallarta town and close to several beaches down South. You feel removed enough from the Zona Romantica to feel tranquil, but close enough that you can easily pop over anytime you want. Great air conditioning! Only thing to note is that the second bedroom has a bunkbed not two separate beds which I don’t think was listed in the listing.

5 stars across the board. The view out the windows was fantastic - Los Arcos islands - can't beat it. The property was recently renovated and it was well done (the little things are great, like USB connections in all the outlets!) Wonderfully stocked kitchen, good pots and pans and towels and olive oil, and the Ninja blender was a nice touch as well. Filtered water at the tap in the kitchen as well. The pool is literally 20 yards from the front door. Brand new washer and dryer -- fantastic. Really happy with our stay. We had our 17 month old with us, so it was really nice that there was glass protection barriers on the railings/windows, just a well thought-through renovation. Uber was readily available and there's a taxi stand right next door as well. The property isn't really walkable to grocery stores, so hit La Comer or Costco on your way in. Very peaceful, relaxing place. Thanks Sean and Jesus!
