Kevin's place was exactly the way it's described on the listing page. The view of the bay was amazing, you can watch the sunsets from the balcony area or step out and sit on the bed/chair by the pool. The condo was clean, it's spacious, we felt right at home. The walk down to Play Los Muertos takes about 20 minutes. We took an InDrive or cab on the way up, for the days that we didn't feel like walking down we called an InDrive (like Uber). We made sure we had food in the condo, we went to Mercado Zapata for fresh fruit, produce, meat, and snacks. Having a fully stocked kitchen, extra towels, beach towels, a laundry room, and plenty of room was ideal. The unit is on the far left of the building with no neighbors to the right which means only neighbors on one side. The sun doesn't beam right into the unit which was nice, we didn't have to turn the AC often, the ceiling fans worked perfectly. We loved the stay, highly recommend it, and if we come back we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Zona romántica was a quick 14 minute walk, which was nice because our view was amazing! The place was very clean and spacious. The couches were comfortable and perfect for a movie night. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Would definitely stay again :)

The place was exactly as looks in the photos maybe even better. Fantastic location with incredible views from anywhere you stand in the condo. Walk out on the spacious balcony and the pool is just a few steps from the rental. Every evening we watched the most amazing sunsets you’ll ever see that will make you not want to ever leave. The rental has a large open concept kitchen, dining room and living room that was just perfect for the 4 of us. Well equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. We can’t wait to book another trip down and already making a plan to go really soon!

The place is beautiful. Lots of space . Very well equipped especially the kitchen. Literally a few steps from the patio to one of the 3 swimming pools. It is a very quiet & relaxing. End of March/first of April had the pool to ourselves. From the main road it is a VERY steep climb to the resort. All in all a lovely place.
