Guest will have the entire condo , there is also onsite managers and full concierge service. guests will have access to all amenities, including pools, roof top Bar & restaurant, gym, Paddle board, Kayaks. Roof top Pool is for ages of 12 and over . Also note that the building is not kid friendly so is not recommended for kids under 12 years old .

This was a perfect spot! The space was bigger than I imagined and it was absolutely breathtaking. Sam was very responsive and Hanz, our concierge, along with all of the staff at the Orchid were amazing!
Great Conchas Chinas location - breathtaking full ocean front view. Building is probably the nicest in all of PV - fully staff, nice amenities, two infinity pools, well-equiped gym, rooftop restaurant bar. Easy uber/taxi ride to Romantic Zone and Centro if you want to go out. Host was great. Highly recommended!
This is a beautiful apartment. Very comfortable, open-air feel, and the sound of crashing waves was really therapeutic. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the washer/dryer were great. Rooftop pool was also very nice. I would stay here again.

Ocean front, newly built condo in Conchas Chinas known as Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta. 5 Minutes by Cab or Uber, 15 min walk to Los Muertos Beach and Pier and old town Puerto Vallarta. Prestine Clean beaches of Conchas Chinas.
You can walk to town and enjoy amazing ocean and surrounding views. Uber and available and there is Taxi always outside the lobby.
You can also call security and they will get a Taxi or large Van.
