When I got there, it was very beautiful, and everything was super clean! Looked exactly like the photos, however, the bathtub was broken. The only water that came out was cold, and it took about an hour and a half to fill up all the way, I don't even know why I bother to fill it. Also, I had sent the host a few messages, and they never responded to any of them. Communication was not very good. Also, forgot to mention the fact that there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel or apartment complex. You do have to walk down the hill to get anything. I do not recommend if you have trouble walking far distances or uphills.

This property is gorgeous! I stayed here with a group of five people and we had more than enough space to spread out and enjoy our time together. The location is excellent. Walking distance to everything. Kash and his team are great. Super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay. This is the second time we've stayed at one of Kash's properties because of how great his team is and the high quality of their units. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the apartment and the location. We would love to stay again! Perfect location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants but you can’t here any noise from the surrounding areas.

Amazing place! You’re in the heart of the so many amazing restaurants and shops and a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. My best advice is to stay away from the chain restaurants and use the locals to find every little hole in the wall place you can find. They’re absolutely amazing!! Kash and his tram are on point. We had transportation by Junior and his English is perfect, having lived in the USA for a long while. He knows the best places to eat and how to navigate the city for the best time. They also helped us rent a large private boat in very short notice. And that was an epic experience. Great people and service! The only negative is that this time of the year is hot and muggy!! So you’re going need lots of clothes changes and showers. At times it will be nice and breezy. And other times you will walk face first into a wall of humidity that will knock you down!! Lol. But still a great time and this time of the year has very few crowds. (Make sure you check out Mocajetes at the bottom of the hill and ask for Rudy. He’s amazing and has perfect English. )
