A convenient walk out is provided for easy access to the deck overlooking the lake and the pool. A king bed and two twin beds are also located on the main level. The lower level boasts a fun game area, a bunk room with 6 twins, two kings, a coffee/kitchenette area and another living area with a walk out to the lower level outdoor living, hot tub and pool area. Ringneck Retreat’s spectacular outdoor living area gives everyone so many options to enjoy the Lake Norman lifestyle from swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock, playing a game of ping pong, relaxing under the umbrella on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, or having one of StayLakeNorman’s boats parked at your private dock/pier. Lake Norman is a large lake, ideal for boating and watersports. Our sister company, Norman Boats, has a great selection of high-performance tritoons and sports boats available to rent to complete your stay. Adding a boat unlocks the many waterfront restaurants/bars, and all of the boats come with tow toys and skis, ropes, etc. With over 500 miles of shoreline to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat. Centrally located in Mooresville, Ringneck Retreat is just a short car or boat ride to many fine restaurants, shopping, entertainment and sporting venues. This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and pet fee per dog. Breed must be approved by management prior to arrival. No expense was spared in the construction and your enjoyment is assured as the pool will be kept at a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
