When we contacted Ronel about broken beds and leaking shower etc she was arrogant and rudeand told us if we not happy we must checkout of her place and find alternative accommodation and that is 8pm at night. Never ever use her again she told us about 5 star rating when we sent her pics and videos of proof of the things wrong in her apartment she became rude since we arrived there we had no rest had to mop floors after taking a shower our bags got very wet in the bedroom from the water in the shower downstairs. Sent her pics of cockroaches and videos of us cleaning the place. Just as well it was 1 night and not a couple of days.
