Great location. Clean condition. Unfortunately we could not get the WiFi to work . All 3 guests tried with various devices. No luck . Also ants in kitchen

This condo is absolutely fantastic! It exceeded my expectations. The 3-bedrooms and 3-bath is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the amenities such as dishwasher, washer/dryer and well stocked kitchen. Having the first floor condo was such a treat walking right out to the pool and morning walks on the beach to watch the whales. I wasn't sure it would feel safe but eased my anxiety with wonderful gated security. The location is so convenient with a few restaurants within walking distance (checkout Cynthia Fresh and Bar Baral) and easy to Uber to downtown for more choices (10min or so). The property management was hands down the BEST company I have ever communicated with. They are friendly, fast at replying back and we even needed to fix the dishwasher which was not working. They had a service handyman out in 30minutes and was fixed immediately! If you love San Jose del Cabo, I highly recommend this as the ultimate stay.

We stayed over Spring Break with our two teenage kids, lots of room for all of us and the place had everything we needed. Very quiet complex and loved not needing to save chairs and that others were not supposed to... although some people cannot help themselves. Super responsive host, would happily return for another vacation.

We stayed six nights here and wish we could have stayed more. Wonderful condo, location, and amenities. We loved being able to walk or take an Uber two restaurants, supermarket, etc.. Pickleball courts was an added bonus for my husband, who found people to play with. P.s. we highly recommend Cynthia‘s restaurant just a short walk away.
