This is a private Carriage House located next to The Inn. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Walking distance to downtown where you will find great restaurants, shops, a wine bar, a craft brewery, art gallery (and frequently live music on weekends!). Please note: Breakfast is not provided in this rate. Maximum guests in the carriage house is 4. Well-behaved/trained adult dogs are welcome. (Max. # of dogs is 2). The Carriage House includes high-speed Wifi, cable, off-street parking. Max. occupancy is 4. We are happy to welcome up to 2 well behaved adult dogs. (Any damage from pets will naturally be charged to cover the cost of cleaning and repairs.) No puppies/no cats or other animals, please. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven. Dishes, glassware, and silverware are also provided. Check in after 3pm Check out is 11am

Jerilyn and her husband Mike were excellent hosts. The carriage house was perfect for us and they even made us a gluten free breakfast at their main house. I highly recommend!
we loved our stay. It's in a great location. the carriage house is wonderful. We loved the space and it's so close to downtown. you can walk everywhere ,to all the restaurants and shopping. Also the 6 is a great place to relax. you'll love it if you stay here.
We stayed in the cottage which is quaint and very comfortable. We spent time in the evening at the fire pit in the backyard which was very relaxing. The property at the Inn is very inviting and charming the photos are exactly what the property looks like. If you are looking for a relaxing stay this is a great place for that. The local town is in walking distance and there are a few nice places to eat. We went for dinner at the 220 Cafe, the owner Kelly and her staff were absolutely amazing and the food was delicious. Oh and you might want to check out the Hiddenite Emerald mine that was a great time too.

* 220 Cafe - A quaint, award-winning restaurant that offers contemporary American cuisine. Their menu covers the full spectrum, including healthier options - so much to choose from and their chefs are exceptional. They also have a very nice wine selection.
Most restaurants in Downtown Statesville offer outdoor seating as well!

In addition to many delicious wines from all over the world, they carry hundreds of craft and imported brews, a vast selection of cheeses and other wine and beer friendly snacks. Really nice atmosphere, and also offers outdoor seating options. They have live music often on weekends.
Looking for a charming local coffee shop?
Check out Lake Mountain Coffee! It's found inside a beautiful historic building that is a *must see*. They roast their own beans and are a full service coffee house. Plenty of seating is available across 2 levels, and they also have nice selection of teas, pastries, gifts and wines available.
ALL the places above are in the heart of historic Downtown Statesville, and just 2 or 3 blocks away!
