The room accommodations provided all the comforts of home in a quaint, quiet setting close to everything in the Steubenville and surround area. Even indoor Pickleball at the local YMCA. Dawn was both attentive and responsive to our inquiries and needs. And the price was reasonable. We would stay again.

Dawn’s place is very comfortable and conveniently located in Steubenville. She is very pleasant and helpful with any concerns. The place is clean with lots of snacks provided.

Dawn is an incredible host and went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of and welcome. The space was not ideal for babies and toddlers but she helped us make it work out just fine.

Mrs. Dawn was wonderful! She is incredibly kind! The Airbnb was easy to access, was a perfect space, and it felt very safe. Everything was very clean; she left snacks and coffee on the table! She was great with communication. She responds very quickly. The space itself is great and there are a lot of commodities. She is incredibly helpful, and her Airbnb is the perfect place to stay in Steubenville. It is also very close to the campus and the grocery store. We will be booking her Airbnb in August again!! We highly recommend staying at Ms. Dawn's Airbnb!
