Loved staying at Dawns house. She was extremely communicative, the house was very clean and great internet. And there were snacks!!!!! It was a pleasure and would stay again.

My friend and I met in Stubenville to attend a weekend of Phish shows and catch up after not seeing one another for years. Dawn’s place was exactly what we needed. Close to the venue ( pavilion at star lake) close to town for quick food and coffee. Wonderful and very reasonably priced accommodations. Dawn is incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. We ended up chatting a bunch and it’s easy to see that she’s a kind and lovely human. She truly loves hosting people and making sure they are comfortable away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay Dawn!

Dawn’s place was exactly as described. There was a full kitchen (she even left snacks), very clean bathroom and a lot of space. The living room, dining room and bedrooms were large. The beds were full size and the rooms free of clutter. There were a lot of windows and natural light. The front porch was perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee (provided by Dawn). The home sits up on a hill, so there were quite a few steps to climb to get to the front door. There was plenty of on street parking and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The home was close to Walmart and most other stores and restaurants. Dawn messaged me to let me know who was coming and going, and she was very responsive to my messages when I had a question. She was a terrific hostess!
