This place is amazing. Short drive to town, shorter drive to Attitash. Amazing kitchen, we spent hours there for breakfast and dinner having meals and chatting. Great experience all around.

our group of 8 had a great time. location was excellent, kitchen and dining are are the heart of this home allowing us to have wonderful meals and time with each other. thank you Ryan for being so responsive and helpful !

Ryan’s place was huge. 3 main bedrooms plus a huge bunk room with 5 twin beds in it. Huge kitchen with huge dinner table and seating for at least 12 people. Large commercial kitchen and 3 full bathrooms although 2 of them are on the first floor away from the bedrooms. Very close to skiing at Attitash and Bear Peak along with cross country and snow shoe trails nearby. Great value for the money.

Had a great time here! The best part was the large kitchen space - there was a LONG table with a ton of seating, a restaurant-level stove and lots of room for family to gather. There were 2 family rooms, a great back deck and a good amount of land. Great location, close to Wildcat and Attitash, close to North Conway. It was the perfect place for a family reunion and we're already hoping to come back in the summer.

We spent a long weekend at Ryan's place. The house was spacious and the kitchen was amazing. The location was great and a 5 minute drive to Attitash (skiing). Would happily stay there again.
