Such a cute home! Kiddo loved exploring it. Quiet area, it was just what we needed for a weekend away 😊

This is a beautiful character home. But needs lots of maintenance. Home smells of mold really bad. It was very overwhelming. We had to get odour removers and open all windows during winter. Water is well, and also smells of rotten eggs. Not drinkable as they say it is. Major Electrical issues as it’s an older home specially in the tv room, we were afraid to use lights as they flicker really bad. As there’s lots of additions, there’s lots of uneven floors covered with carpets crossing thresholds. Not a big deal, just good to know if you’re travelling with elderly or smaller children. Hot tub wasn’t cleaned and full of debris and cloudy. Completely unusable during our visit. Showers were full of grime and not properly cleaned. The floors still had crumbs mostly in the kitchen during our visit. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. The space itself was overall cute with charm minus those issues. The host were not accommodating, and frankly rude when we provided this feedback.

Nice spot, all amenities provided. Convenient to be in close proximity ( walking or driving) to many amenities and lovely small town. Host was very responsive and helpful. Recommend this place.

We travelled to Bridgetown for volleyball provincials and found this great house nearby. Val gave clear instructions about check-in, which made our arrival easy. Once we got in the house, we were so pleasantly surprised by all the space!! Two living rooms, a smaller kitchen table and a larger dining table, along with 4 spacious bedrooms with nice and comfy beds. The kitchen had lots of space and was very well stocked with everything we needed! The 2 showers were great, especially with teenage girls. We were even able to take advantage of the hot tub, which was a nice touch! Finally, they setup a playpen and highchair for my baby, which was so considerate! I would highly recommend Val’s house for any large groups! We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back in the future.

We had an a amazing relaxing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and close to everything (stores, restaurants etc) but feels very private ! Very easy to find :)
