Our four season lake house makes it possible to enjoy all the seasons in Nova Scotia. We offer 3 bedrooms with one queen and two double beds. One full bath features a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi style jet tub. A half bath is attached to the master bedroom. The large eat-in kitchen and seating area is a wonderful place to gather to prepare a meal together, play games at the table or curl up with a good book on a snowy day. The kitchen is outfitted with all appliances, including a dishwasher, and many utensils to prepare your favourite meals. The comfy living room has a woodstove that will chase away the chilly autumn nights or snowy winter days. We also offer the convenience of a full size washer and dryer located on the main living level. If you have older children who like their own space, we include the use of a finished room in our walk-out basement with a game console and other games. On our large deck over looking the lake, we provide patio furniture, propane BBQ and screened room for bug-free dining. A smaller balcony is located on the 2nd floor bedroom level and offers a view of the back yard and sunsets. We are located directly on the lake and have an excellent swimming area. Enjoy our paddle boat and canoe, with life jackets provided in various sizes. We have docking facilities on site and a boat launch is in the neighborhood. Walking, ATV and snowmobile trails are all minutes away and provide year round enjoyment. Our fire pit has plenty of wood and is subject to current burning restrictions of the day. If you are looking for some indoor activities we offer board games, books, a guitar to encourage sing-a-longs, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV. A signal booster is installed to improve cell service as a land phone line is not available. There is so much to explore in our beautiful Annapolis Valley and area. Shopping, dining, wineries & craft breweries, farmers' markets, lobster pounds and theatres are all within a short drive. Come for a family vacation or a private couples weekend.
