Villa is huge and very clean. Pool was heated and maintained during our stay. Positives- David quick to respond if any questions, peaceful location, spacious outside area and lovely big pool. You definitely need a car as not much in walking distance (we knew that before we came). Thank you for letting us stay.

Good area to stay. Very quiet. Lovely place. You will need a vehicle. We stayed in an unusually cool March so had to light the fire to heat the living room. All the bedrooms have heat pumps so no problems with heating or AC. Be aware the villa only has 3 full bathrooms and the other room has a toilet and a sink. I would highly recommend David’s villa.

Excellent Villa and perfect for families. Big rooms with large family areas indoors and outdoors. Lovely pool and outdoor eating space. Kitchen has everything needed to cook if you wish. 5 min drive from supermarkets and 10 mins into Albuferia town. Car recommended. David very friendly and responsive. Great week had and we hope to return

Perfect Villa for a stay in the Algarve. The House is spacious and nicely divided With all necessary maschines and 4 washrooms. The outside area and the Pool are amazing. David is a Perfect Host who lives nearby and makes sure you feel comfortable and answers all your questions.
