We had a great stay at Mike's house! The lot and house were fantastic. Plenty of space inside and out. Inside, the size + quality of the kitchen really stood out. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Having a workout room (including Peloton) was a bonus. The lower level BR was perfect for my teenager, although note that there is not a full bath on the lower level (he used the one on the main level, which worked out just fine). Outside, the lot and the neighborhood are heavily wooded, providing lots of privacy. The tennis court is in great shape and the hot tub was nice to have on a cooler evenings. The location feels very exclusive but is only minutes from grocery, restaurants, Starbucks, freeway, etc. Mike is a great communicator and provided us a list of instructions on the front end. We had a few questions / issues during the course of our stay, and Mike was quick to respond / address. We hope we can rent again!

Mike was a great host. He was super responsive and flexible to us and our changing needs while at the property. The house was just as advertised. We loved our time at this deer filled property!

Great place for a family! Close to downtown northbrook and enough room for all 5 of us. Mike and Holly were great hosts and very responsive!
