Our single story Villa is perfect for your group, family or working away from home. It has amazing views to the front & rear of the property & plenty of multi purpose space incl Large Kitchen, living room and games room with pool table and table tennis The bedrooms are as follows: Main bed room has a king size bed & two single beds - this has ensuite with bath and shower Bed 2 - king bed with ensuite Bed 3, 4 & 5 - king bed with communal shower room The outdoor area has an undercover hottub A luxury Detached Villa with all the essentials you could need and stunning views to the front and rear of the property. Our beautiful five bedroom villa has two bedrooms that are ensuite and all offer super comfortable king sized beds. In addition, there's a fabulous conservatory where you can enjoy the views over to the Isle of Arran and feels like your outside (minus the cold weather!). The dining room and living are both large, spacious and comfortable, while the kitchen has everything you need to create a feast and this leads on to the outdoor / hot tub area which overlooks the green fields beyond. There’s also lots of room to play outside so it’s great for children of all ages! Bedroom 1 – Super Comfortable King Sized Bed , 2 single beds and Ensuite with Jacuzzi Bath Bedroom 2 – Luxurious King Sized Bed with Ensuite Shower Room Bedroom 3, 4 and 5– Luxurious King Sized rooms with communal shower room Conservatory – A great area to dine, sit and relax whilst enjoying the stunning views over to the Isle of Arran Games Room - fancy a game of Pool, Table Tennis or Table Football? Living Room – complete with open fire is great for those cold winter nights Bathroom 3 (communal shower room) Additional Bathroom with shower. Outdoor area is newly renovated and has an undercover hot tub and outdoor dining area (available in the summer months) The gardens to the front are enclosed which are great for children and pets. Please be aware a fully refundable security deposit of £500 is required. We accept there will be accidental incidents however you will be charged for any significant breakages or damage caused.

Thank you to Ayrshire Rural Retreats for hosting us! The property is set in beautiful surroundings… very peaceful. It provides a fantastic spot for a celebration with family or friends!
Beautiful place to stay away with a crowd of people. The house was clean and tidy and there was plenty of towels and toiletries supplied. A lovely little note to welcome us in with some treats which was a beautiful touch. The hot tub was clean all the rooms were spotless. The house was left insecure to enter and the keys left on the table which was easy access but slightly uncomfortable leaving the house insecure when departing. The hosts were very easy to get hold of when a question arises. Just a quick simple text and they responded within the matter of hours or even minutes. The only downfall is the long, bumpy, pot hole full drive way to get to the house. Not good with a low vehicle, so make sure to bring your 4x4!
Plenty of space around the house and the pool table and hot tub made it extra special. Host was quick to respond to messages, our stay went as well as we could have hoped for. Thanks for having us.
To start off Jessica was amazing in communication with us, she responded more a less straight away. We had an issue with the fence and she came fixed it the next morning as it was late when we arrived there. When we arriving we had instructions on how to get there as well as some lights in which made it so easy and homely for us. The house was amazing and massive, a few little details which could be changed up,extra sheets/ bedding instructions for dishwasher/washer and showers, and details of internet password. Other that that it was Amazing. The Jacuzzi in the on suit didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge deal as we didn’t even know it was there plus we had a Jacuzzi outside. The only other issue we had was we was told their was only neighbour in the farm up the road but there is one right at side but wasn’t a bother at all, also the curtain and blind could of been a little darker so you could lie in, also no blinds/curtains on the hallway which cars drive past so could see right in.
We had a wonderful new year break at Alton Villa. We had a lovely surprise on arrival as improvements had been made since our booking. The photos do not do the place justice - it is huge and great for big gatherings (often more bedrooms mean less living space but not here). The hot tub is now covered over to protect from the elements. The games room was a big hit and beautiful new kitchen. Our family group thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Alton Villa is offset from our busy working Beef and Sheep Farm. To get to us you need to drive up our farm track. We aim to maintain this as much as possible, however if we are experiencing lots of rain then there will be pot holes so please drive with care!
Next to Alton Villa is the Bothy which is let out as an entirely seperate holiday let for 2 people.
However, it can be rented with Alton Villa to accommodate more guests.
Locally, Galston Offers a Tesco, Coop and Petrol Station. Kilmarnock is the next large town and your only 30 mins from Glasgow, Ayr, Troon and the Beach!
You will need a car to get here as the villa is located on our Organic Beef and Sheep Farm, however we are easy to find from the A719 Glasgow Road and five minutes drive to the local town of Galston where there is a range of supermarkets, takeaways and shops.
Alton Villa is located on our farm and you need to drive up a farm track to get here.
The property is detached , however the Bothy is located next door. This can be added to Alton Villa to accommodate bookings of upto 15 guests.
We are the only other house near Alton Villa.
Alton Villa is on a private water supply and occasionally this can affect the colour of the hottub water to make it a little brown. It’s safe to use however!

They each have a private hot tub and outdoor area and are all heated by renewable energy making them super eco friendly!
