Our stay at Elaine´s place was simply amazing. We loved the manor house as well as the beautiful furniture and detailed finishes in every room. Elaine´s personal touch and warm welcome made us feel at home at once and both the young and the older of our extended family loved the entire stay and atmosphere of the estate. The gardens and outdoor areas are fantastic and very kids friendly. We spent hours by the outdoor fireplaces and grills. Elaine´s recommendations for things to do and visit in the neighbourhood where spot on and we would happily recommend her magical place to all our friends.

Where do I start? Elaine was super helpful from day one, providing a wealth of recommendations that proved extremely useful. She was there to greet us and give us a tour of the beautiful grounds. The house was in immaculate condition, especially considering that it's practically a monument in its own right. On the last day, my wife unknowingly dropped her phone in the driveway, and Elaine and Mark were good enough to mail it back to us. I'd highly recommend the stay, especially for those with large families. Elaine's home was a highlight of our trip.

I cannot express how exceptional our stay was at the Kennox House. With 13 individual guests in our party, spanning three generations of family from the ages of 7-73, there are few places that can keep everyone smiling over the course of 7 days. The Kennox House, Mark, and Elaine far exceeded our expectations. From the point of booking to the point of our departure, it was an absolute please working with Mark and Elaine. They were extremely communicative, kind, and went out of their way to answer my questions or to provide local recommendations and referrals. I’ve used AirBnB many times - these two are top of the list! Kennox is a magical place. The home is absolutely stunning, beaming of character and charm. It’s massive, plenty of places to get lost and find some quiet. The grounds are out of a storybook. The best part of our trip was simply sitting outside, listening to the water, the birds, and going to walks. We absolutely loved Kennox, Mark and Elaine! We’ll be back!!! XX
