We absolutely loved our stay! It was so remote and peaceful. We planned some great meals to bring and prepare and took advantage of an amazing meal cooked in for us. Was a wonderful stay!

An absolutely AMAZING, place to stay. Memories of a lifetime! So special and unique and we just loved it. Will say- you must be prepared to rough it arriving by smallish boat (and jumping off - and climbing back on- into surf) or hiking steep trail to Chimo with flatter beach. Completely worth it! But you gotta be fit and leave extra time for connections and travel to and from. Thx Josefat, who helped with arrival and departure at the beach and kept us safe. Jesus was excellent at coordinating boat rides and taxis for us. Waves were bit too rough for snorkeling (inApril) or for our smaller daughter to do much swimming. Just be prepared, and somewhat fit! Indescribably beautiful beaches at Los Chonchos and hike to the little town of Chimo was so worth it. We adored the privacy and stunning location of the palapa. Few other people were nearby. We got sorta attached to the two guanas outside our room, sunning themselves daily. Saw huge stingray under the kayak. And dolphins from boat

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle's place! The biggest thing is just to pack in your own food- We did a Costco and La Comer run prior to arriving at the palaypa. Josefat was fantastic and very helpful during our stay, as was Arturo. The walk/hike to Chimo isn't overly strenuous, however the groceries/supplies are very limited. The StarLink WiFi was definitely a plus. I was also pleasantly surprised at the lank of bugs and/or critters. Also, the king bed was very comfortable. Waking up to the ocean breeze and waves crashing was such a dream. Would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone- it was so relaxing and nice to get off the grid and away from society on your own private beach. Thank you again, Michelle!

Awesome private eco Palapa. Had the beach for mostly myself. Great place to be very far from crowds and noise.
