The condo had no power and vacasa only offered a 30 day rebook offer. The condo had no weekend availability in those 30 days. We asked that they extend that offer and they refused. I've had bad experiences from vacasa in the past and will not rent from a place that they are managing again.

The unit was good, but the on site manager was amazing and polite. Location was excellent for Govy things to do. While the value at 3 stars is not your fault, paying for premier costs when the resorts weren’t even operating was a frustration as we have paid less for more during previous ski seasons. Overall we would stay again!

The place was wonderful, scenic, private and well stocked. The pillows smelled like the linens hadn’t been washed, tho. We were asked to strip the beds when we left and the bed pads were heavily stained on both beds. On the plus side, the king bed mattress was outstanding and one of those that didn’t move when the other person turned over. Kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked. Pool was amazing! Clean and well maintained. Bonus was being within walking distance of downtown and adventure park. Dealing with Vacasa was the main downside. They are ghosts. When you need questions answered or help (because you forgot the code) they are non-existent. DO they even exist? Also, we wanted to check in early, because the place was clearly empty. We were even willing to pay extra to get in. No reason we couldn’t. But Vacasa was nowhere to be “found”. Nonexistent! Owner should find another rental company….

Not my best stay with Vacasa. Normally I have good experiences and service. The home itself was just fine, but a simple request to ask if there are any more trash bags (there were two in the entire home) led to a discussion about "starter supplies" and guests needing to purchase more if they exceeded the allotment. For $350 a night, I think you could afford to have 4 total kitchen garbage bags instead of 2 for a home that could sleep 8 or 9 people without asking your customers to go purchase more. There were plenty of other supplies, but garbage bags were just a dead no. Just an asinine point of view. I'll give Vacasa another shot in the future, but if I have a repeat performance, I'm going to find non-vacasa homes in the future.
