The apartments in this historic building are as described, so be prepared for a trip back in time! Best features include a comfortable bed, plenty of space and super-fast wifi. Roscoe Village is a quaint little spot and the building is right in the middle of it, as well as convenient to other fun activities throughout the area. Great value for the price and an amazingly responsive host make it a top place to stay.

Great host, great place, and great neighborhood

Because of the historical significance of the area and the building ~ we knew what to expect as far as the "state" of the suite. We loved the furnishings, the neighborhood, the fact that breakfast was just downstairs and a drink was across the street. Maxx, our host, was available and responsive. Our couple of days were rainy, dismal, and ... dreary - but we were still able tto have fun. We will definately consider this area again when coming to Amish land ... even tho the megacenter is 30-40 minutes away ... possibly with more family (renting more than one in the Roscoe Building, or the other properties with the screened in porches - they all seem inviting!!)

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights for the solar eclipse and fell in love with the small historical town. it is super walkable, dog friendly, and some great small businesses (they are all a must see!). We also ended up staying in the home quite often, as it was so peaceful and homey! Everything we needed to cook some quick meals was there and the bed and couches were very comfy! Extremely roomy place!
